its the nation's birthday today and singaporeans celebrated the day by being at the padang and marina bay, all together wearing red and white.

I met up with angie, sabina, ee kee, meiqin, her bf, her best friend and min at city hall and went to marina square to grab some food. as soon as all of us bought our food, we walked to padang where there was a huge crowd seated at the padang. we quickly found some seats along the side at the padang and had our dinner. seri and her bf joined us later on.

the best part is that it wasnt hot and none of us were perspiring. it was so windy and cooling as the day went on. the fireworks were tremendous. from where we sat, we had the best view of the fireworks! i truly enjoyed the day! =)
