its my 1st afternoon shift at obs and its the 2nd last day for my obs posting. we were not assigned by the staff nurse as we get to choose where to be today. i deliberately wanted to be in the nursery cos i want have more time with the babies. hehe. so we took report and get to work. the babies were all so adorable. one will cry, the rest will start getting restless. we bottle fed, change diapers and jus entertain them when they cry. shu ying, esther and me were in the nursery. there was only 1 staff nurse and she didnt do anything with the babies. she did all paperwork for the whole shift. she was so busy tt we jus do everything ourselves. there was even one time i was alone taking care of the babies. shu ying and esther went for break n the staff nurse also went for break. luckily, all the feeding had been done and diapers had been changed. i had macs for breaking fast with huda and fadhilah.by the time we came back to the ward, it was already 8 plus. den esther, shu ying and myself took pictures of the babies. =)
